People seem really divided about 'Pioneer', I for one loved it and the bonus EP that was recently released. Love the transofrmation this band has made.
Thought they were going to be huge, i was happy for them when they made that huge jump away from mainstream pop punk but it may have been the death of their popularity. i enjoyed Pioneer
I'll call it right now... They're gonna use that band pic of them with their lead singer using gangster hand signals to form an "M" as their album cover.
The only logical reason to go independently so they can use that pic.
Am I the only person who thinks this band has gotten better with each release? Pioneer was great and miles ahead from the All Time Low pop of their first record.
Looking forward to this, Brendan Benson's Lapalco is a great album.
Nice dudes and all, but another band that needs to just call it a day, or change your name and start over because no one will care about this release.
They're still huge, every tour they headline or co-headline sells out or really close to selling out. And for an independently released CD 'Pioneer' sold quite well and their fanbase is dedicated as hell.

Pioneer is amazing and the only thing I like by these guys.
"When I'm at home" is the best song they have ever written and songs like "Identify", "My Herione", "Don't give up on us", and "Thinking of You" are anything but boring IMO.
Sure the last two tracks are filler but the rest is killer. Can't wait to see where the band goes on the new record!
