I think the fray takes that cake but by a very small margin.

One of the few Top-40 songs that sounds better live than the studio version.

Band is so good. As already said, this band is in the top tier of modern pop for me.

Good call on The Fray, but I think OneRepublic may take that spot with this new album if the two singles are any indication on what the rest of the album sounds like. Heard The Fray is working on a new album as well. Excited to hear what comes of that.
