Is it Keith? It would probably garner more attention if worded "(former singer of Oceana/Decoder)" since not only was Decoder fairly big but Lead Hands never made any songs nor was that well-known.

I don't know if this could really be considered a solo project. Look at the Bio and Members list. It looks like they may still be looking for 2 members. I think it started off as a solo project but after Decoder/Lead Hands broke up he decided to make it a full band effort.

i also wonder what Jack has been up to musically. i haven't heard of him since he announced he was facing criminal charges

I heard these songs a while ago, they're pretty OK. If they were mixed and mastered well they could sound really nice.

Pretty sure it's a new band actually. I actually remember him asking Bryce (the ex-bassist of Decoder) to join the band on FB. Don't know how serious he was though.
