I guess they are trying something new this year. See, the difference between Victory and DTR signing a million bands, is that Victory only has "scene" problems...and a fucking crazy owner. DTR is juat an all around mess that doesn't seem to be doing anything besides planting seeds and not letting them grow...how's that for a metaphor? |
Really Victory Records doesn't sign alot of bands. alot of them are inactive bands that are just disappeared example : (Madcap) Alot of the recent signee's are great such as FFL ,June, TJV, the forecast (everone give them a great review) .besides even the smaller bands get promoted very well. A smaller band on a major label doesnt get promoted well. DTR are just a mess. I think every1 knows that DTR has some great bands but just a mess in the offices.
