does anyone know if leveling a pokemon up via pokewalker is like leveling a pokemon up via rare candy?

Daycare is the same as rare candying :p

As far as I know it is like that, you won't gain EV points. You don't learn moves when you level up on the Pokewalker, though which is basically the only difference between it and the Daycare.

yea. between that and hydro cannon and surf, it wasn't too bad. that dragonite with thunder did prove to be a little of a problem though.

Gen V details this month.

Lance was the easiest member of the E4 for me. Feraligatr and Ampharos were all I needed, and after I got rid of Gyrados, I didn't even need Ampharos anymore. I OHKO'd two of the Dragonites.

Yeah, I think Koga was the one that gave me the most problems, surprisingly enough.

My Skarmory made short work of everything, except Muk. But Espeon raped it.

Just beat the Elite 4. Koga's Muk was a bitch even with an Alakazam. I had to purposely lose to go back and train it to get psychic. Overall Lance's team was the hardest for me.

Koga's muk would always just OHKO my alakazam with gunk shot. not cool.
