Rock & Roll, pt. 1 and Mick Jagger are da bidness.
I prefer their "1 guitar w/ a drummer"- centric sound.

Which makes songs with other prominent instruments like "Try to Understand," harder to get into for me.

Their first album had other instruments as well.
True.
There was obviously a bass player on the majority of their songs, and various instruments on others.
You quoted me before I edited it.

But they always took a backseat to the guitar riffs and distorted drums.
I just can get into the horns.

The better version of t he Japandroids....and they arent all that bad.

ima pick this album up
Besides them both having 2 male members who play guitar and drum, bands aren't really comparable.
