Because it's more profitable to do headlining tours in the States, whereas festivals are bigger in Europe. That's how it's always been for some reason.

Yeah really. We had a big 3 tour (Slayer/Megadeth/Anthrax) but Tallica never joined. Hopefully soon they would have a stadium tour or something in the states.
