O Pioneers!!!Black Mambas
Label: Team Science
Release Date: August 11, 2006

Who:

Texas twosome that probably enjoyed American Hardcore more than I did puts out first full length. Everything you need to know can be summed up by the following acronym: DIY.

How is it?:

For sounding like it was recorded in a cave, not half bad. If you fancy your punk full of grit and spit, Black Mambas will likely find a home in between the Latterman and early Strike Anywhere cuts of your mp3 library.

Someone graduated from the FOB school of naming songs: “Autographs Are For Rockstars and Official Papers”, “Motley Crue, Probably Saved My Life”

RASPberries: Latterman, Jena Berlin, Against Me!

Well, Mr. Jackass, may I take this opportunity to point out that the bands I list at the bottom of each review are by no means to serve as musical doppelgangers to the band getting reviewed. Instead, they work as a guide and I suggest you take another listen to the shouting vocals on "Looking Over The Wall" (Jena Berlin) and follow that up with a listen to the new song O Pioneers!!! has listed on their MySpace. If you still hear nothing, then might I suggest that you remove the stick from your ass and insert it into your ears because obviously they're not working to a proper degree.
