Surprised to see And Then There Were None and I Can Make a Mess Like Nobody's Business on this.

Do any of the profits from these type of compilations go to the 'tributed' band considering they're the ones who wrote all of the songs?

just dont like the idea of this period...its an honor yes...but i wont bother checking this out

sucks no one covered Fatally Yours, Mr. Chainsaw, or Private Eye

Surprised to see I Can Make A Mess on there. Anything Ace does is great, though. His cover of "Positively 4th Street" back in the day was awesome.

And Promise of Redemption! Last place I thought I'd see some new solo stuff from Shane would be on an Alkaline Trio tribute album haha. Glad I checked the tracklisting.

cant wait to hear that one. skeptical about the rest of this, A3 (especially early stuff) isn't easily done justice. Hot Water Music's cover of Radio is prob the best anybody can do.

My expectation is that they will be terrible. So what's lower than terrible? That's what these will be.
