Holy fuck, they're playing The Met in Providence. That place is pretty damn intimate and the sound's great there. I need tickets pronto.

My friend's band may be one of the local openers for this when it comes to my city. I'm almost famous in a way.

They picked small venues on purpose. They will be playing the entire new album live, limited number of tickets for each show, and wanted to give fans something special as sort of a "preview". Probably one of the last times for some while you'll get to see them in such an intimate setting.
