I don't have cable, and the one promo I've seen for it really made me have hopes for it.

Thoroughly enjoyed this. Thought there were some great lines, I got a couple big laughs, and give it a few episodes to tone the characters down, and this will be a nice little comedy. The four of them have great chemistry.

I liked it, the characters were a bit too defined but I think/hope it's only for the pilot.

The pilot amused me, but they overdo the quirkiness for Zooey, often making it feel fake. That and the commercials show the majority of the good parts.

I really liked it and hoping the rest of the season gets better. I can see why people would complain about Jess being too quirky but I don't think it's that over the top.

Yeah, I went in thinking she'd be unwatchable-level quirkiness. So she sings her thoughts. She's basically Marshall Erikson in that sense, and who doesn't love him?

I did find the theme song a bit tacky, though.
