UK Music Round-UpPIAS
The Sony and PIAS Distribution warehouse is Enfield, London was burnt down on late Monday evening. The fire affected labels such as Xtra Mile, Hassle, Full Time Hobby, Domino, Beggars Group, Side One Dummy, Smalltown America, Ambush Reality and many more. PIAS and AIM (The Association Of Independent Musicians) will be setting up a donation fund to help the labels affected from the fire. Label Love have also set up their own donation service.

ALSO - I booked tickets to see TWY at the Barfly on Sep 23rd - Does anyone know if my tickets will still be valid?

Also think it's the first time I've seen somebody else (sort of) from Preston on here!

Back to Hevy, The Bronx looked incredible from the little I saw and sound incredible from what you wrote. FYS was a poor choice...

Ha I'm from Chorley, so been in and around Preston most of my life, so I see the city a bit different to others. My girlfriend loves it. She is the Education Officer at the SU this term.

Yeah the Bronx tore it up. It's amazing to think how long they've been going and how they still sound so urgent. I thought it was going to be busier than it was. It was utter chaos at first.

Gig was incredible. Brontide blew everyone away as per usual.

I didn't know they were playing Leeds; you definitely need to see them, especially after watching more of FYS at Hevy!
