I had a FANTASTIC time at the Hershey, PA show. It was my 7th time seeing Blink, and probably one of my favorites! They put on a great show.

What camera/settings do you use?
Canon 40D with the stock 28-135 mm lens. Shot on manual with varying shutter speeds depending on the lighting.

Best shutter speed to use, in your opinion?
Really depends on the show. Big ones like this have spotlights, so I usually go really high - usually in the 2000-3000 range, but sometimes up up to 5000 - to avoid them being blown out. Smaller shows at clubs with low lighting (and no flash) I usually do around 100, sometimes 80 - but any lower than that they start to get blurry due to movement.

One last question; what ISO speed do you suggest?
It's too difficult to adjust it while also playing with the shutter speed at shows, so I usually keep it around 1250. Seems to be a good number that allows for enough brightness without too much noise.
