Isnt Leafs TV everywhere except Ottawa? Ive never heard of blacked out games before

I'm not sure about that, but all I know is that since I'm in the Greater Toronto Area and not Toronto itself, the games that are on LeafsTV get blacked out. LeafsTV works at all other times except games that aw exclusively on LeafsTV. That's what I've noticed anyway
