It's both, it has scenes/full songs from all of the shows and scenes from them on the road. I need to order this!

"Left and Leaving" is so hard to beat but I think "Reconstruction Site" is a very close second for me.

Yeah, Reconstruction Site is the easiest to get into and the most consistent record of 'em all.
