the whole thing I've noticed about Codes and Keys is, when talking about the album, no one in the band ever mentions the songs on their own merit. they're always talking about the range of emotions covered on the record. to me that says something.
to me, it says, Codes and Keys is half as good as Narrow Stairs song wise, but has opened up a new path for them to pursue.

Underneath The Sycamore
Stay Young, Go Dancing
That's about all that's on there.
