I know it's the first thing people think when an artist sells their van, but I don't think so.
They even said a few days ago they were coming out with new merch. We'll see, though.

The thing that makes me the most convinced is them saying in the ad that they aren't playing any shows right now. If they for saw any tour plans, surely they would be keeping it. I really hope you're right.

Really hope to see them, loved the Big Deep.

I know they say otherwise, but it's probably hard for The Sleeping as of late. When I saw that a couple months after The Big Deep came out (fantastic fucking record), they played to maybe 50 people in Chicago. Truly a bummer...

It seems like The Sleeping is ending...

They havent toured in a while, The Big Deep didn't do too well sales wise (great record however and yes I sure bought a copy!!), and last I read; Sal has a bar. I hope I'm wrong however... The band is truly amazing.

As far as AP.net's community, I think this is the sites most underrated band. I don't think one staff member listed The Big Deep in their top 10 last year (or maybe it didn't make the entire staffs top 50?)

Either way, that's ridiculous, that record was unreal. REALLY hope this band isn't done.

Yes and no. NY state is notorious for having goofy insurance laws. To be quite honest, even if it's a possibility with the type of insurance plan they have on it, it's not even worth the hassle a lot of times.
