UPDATE: No longer use the kit in the photo, sounds horrible D: haha, upgraded too EZ Drummer and loving it

Now your turn!

Latest song from the home studio is posted below, my new band Better Than Never, if you have the time please listen, any feedback is welcome!

Here's my home rig.

M-Audio profire 2626 interface
Pro tools M-Audio
M-Audio monitors
AKG Perception 220
4 SM-57
Beta 52

If you want an example of what we can get out of that rig, listen to this: http://carryyourself.bandcamp.com/
It was mixed by the bassist using Cubase, and vocals and mastering were done with a friend, but everything else was done with what is listed above.

Running Windows XP on an HP Laptop, 2.3 ghz 6 gb ram. Line 6 POD UX-1 handles everything, POD Farm and Revalver for Guitars/Bass. Sennheiser MD421 for vocals/random oddities. I currently use Reaper and FL Studio XXL Producer, drums handled by Superior Drummer. My crappy singing handled by AutoTune and Melodyne;) Pretty budget setup, but all in all its amazing what you can do musically on a computer with a few million mouse clicks.

I think it's great! I really dig the clip gain and the stock Channel Strip plugin sounds great.

But I can't really compare to other DAW's. Been a PT user since 2003.

If I'm not mistaken you can download a trial version from their website.
