The original line-up of Black Sabbath has reunited. The band will be release a new album produced by Rick Rubin next year. They will also headline Download Festival on June 10, 2012, followed by a world tour.

That was shortly after his ATV accident where he broke his collar bone and a bunch of other bones. He did the tour against doctors' suggestions, and I guess he needed a spotter to be safe. He still uses the teleprompter I believe - dude is in his 60s and heavily abused drugs and alcohol for decades - but he can stand on his own. I saw him at Ozzfest 07 and was expecting a disaster, but he still holds up.

Saw 'em headline Download '05, & Metallica are the only metal band that have put on a show that topped them in my live metal experiences. Better festival shows than Megadeth, Maiden, Slayer, Anthrax, SOAD and the rest imo...

I saw them at Roskilde in 2005 and Ozzy was by far the most energetic of them. Tony and Geezer pretty much just stood there.
Anywho, super excited for this, but more of nostalgic reasons than actually believing this will be a good album.
