All time low probably licensed the song to big time rush for use, meaning all time low is gonna make royalties on the song if it does well as a BTR song.

Uproar would be much more substantial if the song was memorable in the first place.

Evan Kirkendall also confirmed that the band didn't give BTR permission to use the song. I bet they got the go ahead from some higher power like UMG or Interscope.
