i like their full length but i feel like some parts of it directly rip off la dispute

Known about this band for a little while excited to hear this.

Still not feeling the clean vocals but this is much better than their previous release.

These guys released one of the most under-rated albums this year. Check out "Absent Father, Holy Ghost," off Letters.

yeah, in "Wolf Republic" from 0:55 to 1:05 is almost a direct rip off of la dispute's "Damaged Goods" from 0:51 to 0:56. whether it was intentional or not, it's almost the exact same thing down to the vocal pattern and drum beat.



but regardless, i really love this band. they're full length was amazing.

vocals sound more touche than LD, dont really feel the clean vocal parts at all though. interest piqued regardless

envy would be a more suitable RIYL it think, except for the clean vocals.
or even lifestory monologue.

edit: nvm this band is really a blend of every band in this genre that I can think of.
But they're quite good

I wasn't really feeling it. The chorus sounds like that of a generic Rise Records band.
