I've never understood why bands like this go on shows like this. It just doesn't make sense. The bands aren't really getting any new fans since the people who watch these shows aren't the same who listen to the bands.

Honestly I think it is neet. I mean it is meant to be a kids song so it was never intended to be one of their best lyrically. I don't think this was a marketing ploy though tbh. They seem to have turned down stuff like that in the past unless they enjoyed (did a song for Watchmen -was a cover but still- and didn't for twilight). I think since at least 2 of the members have kids now it is cool they can write a song that is appropriate for them. Just saying.

Probably because the singer in The Aquabats created this show and I mean honestly, who the fuck wouldn't want to be on it?
