...and it wasn't even a musing about the case other than that he was physically present.
so? He didn't tweet "totally gonna give this guy the chair". He tweeted some lyrics. Seems like a stupid mistrial (it was a mistrial, right?) Then again, I'm not a judge, or a lawyer, or even a law student...
