I think what's more screwed up is the little blurb about the women juror in a separate case who contacted the defendant of her case on Facebook and is now serving 8 months or the juror in this murder case that alledgedly fell asleep during the defense's case... I mean what makes you think activity like this ok? As a defendant in a case, I would like to think the jury is taking my life serious, not thinking about other things or falling asleep.
