They peaked on Organ but I wouldn't go that far. Happy Hollow was great and Swollen pretty good.

While Ugly Organ is definitely one of my all time favorite albums, I have never really been disappointed with anything Cursive has put out...I'm liking this and definitely excited for the album.

Interesting, but I'm into it. I'm a huge Kasher fanboy. Can't wait for the album.

Except for Organ, and even a little with that album too, I feel like they're only capable of writing a handful of solid songs surrounded by a lot of droning, boredom.

I think this could grow on me. I'll wait to judge when I hear the whole album, like you should.

EDIT: Some of the verse vocal patterns remind me of that Something Personal song by Bright and Early for some reason, even though this sounds nothing like it.

I know I'm alone in this, but Mama, I'm Swollen is my favorite of theirs. Is it their best? Probably not, but I enjoy it the most and go back to it more often than The Ugly Organ.

EDIT: Not sure if I like it or not. Keep going back and forth on it.

Sounds like a toe-tapper. Psyched for the album...though i don think anythign will surpass the ugly organ
