I really liked the direction of the album, thought it was a great transition into something that wasn't "oh, more iron and wine".

That being said, there are a few songs I really dislike on it lol.

I didn't sit down and listen to this whole thing, but what I heard from it disappointed me. I think this is one artist who could have still made music without trying to evolve, which is very rare. The Shepherd's Dog was brilliant.
