I did as well, but they were under different circumstances. Jesse, while a very good singer, (AOJB is a masterpiece) has never held a candle to Howard live. Live is Howards element, he's unbelievable, it's where is legend was born. I think a decade on, and hundreds of live shows, all of their records later, he's irreplaceable. Jesus, "Holy Diver" alone cements him.

Calling Howard "the replacement singer" and simply that, is incredibly ignorant. Jesse isn't, nor would ever come back. He's friends with the band and mended broken fences, but thats it. He hates touring, (which KsE do extensively), he's a mixed bag live, (which Howard excelled at), and he's standoffish with fans, (Howard is very approachable and great with fans). So yes, gotcha.
