Based on Avalon, I'm not in too much of a rush to listen to this -- coming from a guy who thinks Translating the Name EP is the best EP in the last decade and loves Circa Survive.

Agreed. I wasn't huge on Avalon either, but I love Colin's remix of it. Anthony's non-vocal songwriting inclinations appear to be toward alt-country/folkish type rock.

That's exactly how I felt about Avalon, but upon first listen, I seem to like Beautiful Things a lot more.
