Will he tour if he writes?

I always knew he would go back to NIN in same form.

He talks like it's a business, which it kind of is.

Not sure what you mean by that. Quotes like this one give me the exact opposite impression:

It sounds like art in an incredibly pure form. Writing not for a paycheck or to gratify fans, but because he feels as though he has something new to contribute.

Probably not but who knows? He might just do what Neurosis does: release albums while only playing one or two shows a year.

i can't wait until he finally does. will always be one of my favorite artists

Hopefully that this means he'll take NIN out on tour again. Not likely, considering that he has to take How to Destroy Angels on tour but there's still hope. Either way, this means new NIN and that's always a good thing.
