Pretty solid line up, really wish I could go. Too bad Chicago is a weeknight :/

I've seen Cartel multiple times over the years and the last time was with Hot Rod Circuit in Chicago in the fall. It's funny to see how much the bands persona on stage, particularly Will's, has changed. Will said something to the affect of how great it was to play for an audience who could drink, haha, which could be attributed to the crowd attracted to an HRC reunion show, but still. Seems like they're realizing how their status has changed and have become kind of laxed and just riding it out for what it is, which I don't even mean as a bad thing. They were pretty funny on stage.

Really wish Philly had Fireworks on our date.

I am not overly familiar with Mixtapes but I saw them do an acoustic set at Warped and I really liked it. They had some pretty funny lyrics and dual vocals.
But also for the sake of full disclosure, I believe they are managed by one of the guys from the Wonder Years and I'm a huge HTL fan so you might see my input as moot.

I wonder if there's a way to convince Fireworks to play DC or Philly along with HTL. I need both of them. Aaarrgghhh

I've only heard Maps, which at this point is their only real full-length. It's okay. Depends on your corniness threshold.

Will be at the Oakland date...stoked. Going for Cartel, but I'll definitely check out SYG and Fireworks. I wish HTL was gonna be on my date.

Old-school pop-punk with dual male/female vocals.. A bunch of minute-two minute long songs. You could probably listen to their whole discography in an hour.

Haven't gone to a show in Oakland in forever. Might have to make an exception to see Hit the Lights
