I dig their new stuff. Always been a casual listener of them, thinking about picking up their back catalogue.

This is one of the best thoughts you've experienced.

Just not feeling it. I still really like his voice, but the music is too cheesy for my taste.

Enjoyed lost and found, and I've really been digging Horrorscope recently, but I don't understand the logic of releasing a non-single first.

Plenty of bands do it.

Pre-promotion, build buzz for a band that hasn't released an album in 9 years. It has given them a chance for the following promotion ALREADY:

- "exclusive" interview and stream of the song on AOL Music
- Live UStream acoustic performance of the song and live chat with fans
- Lyrics video for the song, featuring band video from the 14 years of the band's existence.

Seems like a no-brainer to me!

I love "Lost and Found" so I was hoping it would be the single, but I'm sure this will be great, too.

Yeah, I know. I don't get the system is all. Because they are essentially releasing a lead single... Radio's still gonna pick it up if they like it and there's been times when bands have been forced to release the lead non-single as a single anyway.

I get the promotion, I just don't see get why they wouldn't make it official.

Looks like some radio stations already have their hands on Victoria and are spinning it: http://eve6mediahq.com/2012/02/09/is...on-rock-radio/

(sorry for the shameless self-promotion of my site - I cover Eve 6 news)
