I don't know if there's any specific references in this one, but in high school I did a project where I drew a bunch of comparisons between Othello and La Dispute's "New Storms For Older Lovers."

this is great concept. my shakespeare final was earlier this week but while reading through the material for the test, some songs would pop into my mind. maybe i'll think of them later. as much as I hated reading shakespeare, I do appreciate his writing. #sparknotesmodernenglish crazy to think about how his play plots from centuries ago still are relevant/relatable today.
