Greek Fire Drummer Diagnosed With Leukemia

Posted by: Keagan Ilvonen (03/01/12)
Greek Fire's (side project of Phil Sneed & Ryan Phillips) drummer, Johnny Venus was just diagnosed with Leukemia and currently has no health insurance. You can read more about the situation here and if you can spread the word or donate a couple dollars to a good cause it would be greatly appreciated.

Though, I've never heard of him, this is incredibly sad and I really wish him well. I still dig SOTY, and I've heard their quality human beings so I'll assume he's in that same company.

It takes 5-10 minutes through the Blue Cross website, and for young people can be as low as $75 a month. Any coverage is better than none. Don't wait, just do it.

Back on track, this story is heartbreaking.
