Always meant to get into these guys, love their sound. I gotta get on that; I somehow totally missed that they released an album last year. I was looking at their Wikipedia page - did they have two lead singers until one left in 2011?

They had a lead vocalist and a guitarist who also sang. (They're brothers.) The singer left a few years ago (09?) and the guitarist took over the lead vocal duties.

And their latest album is streaming on their AP.net profile.

Seriously, Patent Pending is Long Island's hometown heroes. Can't wait to see them for my 25th time Friday.

Those dudes deserve it. I met them at Warped Tour and they were the most down to earth guys that put on a fucking great show.
