Actually almost put them on here.

Same with Maritime.

They were on my initial group of bands list.

They're pretty much All Time Low caliber huge in Canada. It's crazy.

Yeah for sure. I find it funny that ATL gets a 7 (about) song set in Canada and people are like "who are these guys?"
I could see Marianas Trench becoming the next Simple Plan.

I echo Augustana. Such an underrated band. I'll leave you with one:

Morning Parade - Great new brit pop rock. Reminds me so much of The Boxer Rebellion.
Yeah, I heard the song Headlights on the radio the other day. Looked em up on Rdio and they aren't available though. Bummer

Good list... Really love the new Good Old War album.

Just a random assortment of bands I'll include:
Bombay Bicycle Club
The Lonely Forest
Steel Train (I always feel like they've been overlooked)
Theophilus London
Noah and the Whale
Jarrod Gorbel
Ra Ra Riot

The Morning Of definitely belong on this. The Way I Fell In had the songs to catapult them in to a bigger fanbase and wider audience but it didn't and that's the best album they've had to date.
I love the morning of and I love FC Celtic. We should be best friends.

They're going to get a ton bigger soon, I bet. Wouldn't be surprised if they tour with Death Cab within the next six months or so.

Their CD does not come out in the states until June. But it was just released in Europe this past tuesday. It is golden and such a good listen.

O'Brother. Their debut album is phenomenal, and I still listen to it almost daily.

I think Mansions would be more popular if he wrote songs that didn't make you feel as if you had just attended a funeral.
Hahaha, now I gotta go listen ... I don't think I've ever actually sat down with that band.

I feel MuteMath is pretty overlooked sometimes but I'm not so sure about underrated. As Tall As Lions comes to mind as well.
Mutemath would have been perfect for this ... don't know why I overlooked that one. Damn. Great call.

Damnwells AND A Wilhelm Scream!!

Two very different bands who are criminally overlooked.

I dare someone to listen to Ruiner in its entirety and not chuck a mosh at the family dinner table.

Laughed my ass off reading this.
