Just got confirmation that my ears do work. As we know, Hayley Williamstweeted that she contributes some background vocals on the new mewithoutYou album. However, I wanted to make sure before posting what songs she appears on, and can now say that they are: "Fox's Dream of the Log Flume" and "All Circles." I posted a few of my initial thoughts on the new album here, and will add to that: I honestly didn't recognize Hayley's vocals until I started looking for them. That said, they fit in perfectly. Don't waste your breath complaining.
I was sort of surprised with all the backlash to this on Tumblr. I don't think many people can argue that Hayley doesn't have a great voice. It was mostly the highest case of, "Paramore fans are going to ruin this band," which is just so funny to me if their fans actually think about how their "favorite band (mwY)" operate.
initially i was opposed to this because im just not a fan of Hayley or Paramore, but at this point I dont care who is and isnt on the album. I just want to hear it already.

It's so ridiculously disrespectful to your favorite band, and to mwY to think that at all IMO. Like they don't take their music seriously enough to make the decisions that best enhance a song.
