Could not disagree more. His voice is perfect for this ambient post hardcore sound. He has a great mid-low range voice but has a killer scream and really plays with dynamics well! Rarity in vocalists these days!
It's perfect for an album like Pneuma, but he's trying to hard and it shows. The start of Where Two Bodies Lie is just plain awful. Thankfully he picks it up at the end, in the slower songs, like Furnace Woods he's great. On the faster heavier songs...not so much.
