To participate, visit John Van Deusen’s guitar lesson video for their single “Go Outside.” Learn the song as best you can, record yourself performing it, upload that video to your YouTube page (naming it “The Lonely Forest Go Outside Contest”), and then email the URL of your video to GoOutsideTLF@gmail.com. I would do this if it wasn't based on plays, although that makes the most sense from the bands perspective, in terms of people promoting hard for their video, and in return, for The Lonely Forest.
