lolwut. It started seeming like a legitimately useful bill until it hit the "obscene, lewd or profane language or suggest any lewd or lascivious act" part.
I love Arizona, but I can't stand the people that represent us.
It seems to me that the intent of the bill is to cut down on cyber-bullying and harassment. But in true AZ legislative fashion, they've worded the bill so broadly that it's very open to misinterpretation. Oi.
This actually isn't a bad thing. The problem becoming now that many people are harassing the hell out of people online, but there's not many laws in place making that illegal... As it would be saying it to someone's face (harassment).
