So you're in disbelief that someone can like Beyonce and then not Sabbath. Then you bring up Kesha for no reason and claim to have better taste in music than all of her fans. Definitely. It was fun years ago when the scene was better. Skate and Surf, early Bamboozle, Hellfest, etc... but the years haven't been kind to the area's music festivals.

I like how every AP is toxic nowadays. It's great.

I may go just to see ATDI. Not sure how much touring they are going to be doing, from the interview Omar did it doesn't seem like much. And that worries me enough to spend what it takes to go to this.

The rain part is very understandable, but Lolla is rain or shine. It actually made for some pretty gnarly sets last year on Sunday. We had a downpour around 4:00 PM or so and then later around 8:00 PM right before or during the final acts. Look up footage on YouTube of Cage the Elephant, Foo Fighters, Cold War Kids, or Deadmau5 from last year and you can see what I mean.

And most of the acts get a forty-five minute to an hour slot too so it makes for a pretty satisfying set time. The past two years I've seen my favorite bands play everything I'd want to hear from them.

Sunday of last year was by far the greatest experience I have had at Lollapalooza in several years. That Foo Fighters set was unreal. Hands down best set I have seen in my past 5 years of going to Lollapalooza.

Anyways, so pumped for this year. Florence and the Machine is all I need.
