I always see girls do this. Like constantly, every time there is a girl in my general area, there is a 75% chance that one of them will take a tube of chapstick out of their purse, put on lips, SMACK, then put it back.

I mean you don't see guys doing this...so what does this mean in girl code!?!?! I'm so confused.
