How did TAI's music influence the new EP?

What has been the hardest song you have ever written throughout your career? Will you ever play Unexpected Places again? It is an incredible song that should have received far more attention & praise than it did.

What will become of the TAI album that was in the works before disbanding? I read in an interview it was going in a new direction. I am excited to hear the new ep from your solo work but that always made me curious.
