I didn't see a lot of discussion about this little tidbit in our exclusive stream thread Tuesday, so I figured I'd make another post about it: In Tuesday's Too Long; Do Read article, we reveal that The Wonder Years are hoping to write a new full-length record this summer and record later this year for a late spring/early summer release on Hopeless Records in 2013. This isn't set in stone by any means but this is currently the band's plan.
I read this as "your favorite record of 2013 has already been determined."
I say that half jokingly, but honestly, "The Upsides" and "Suburbia" ran away with my #1 in 2010 and 2011, respectively.
Yeah I agree, it's not even like you have to be biased. They legitimately just put out better records in each of those years. Suburbia is so much better than The Upsides to me that I can't wait to see what comes next.
The reason I posted it again is cause there was a lot of talk about the songs and stuff, not a lot of talk about this part of it.
oh, they're writing, wasn't that totally known a long time ago, when they said they were taking the summer mostly off to write, which is why they weren't doing warped?

Link me to an interview that said that when you can find it
