I hope the whole band does the Starland holiday show this year!

Really want to go to this. My roommate fronts The News Can Wait, love their music. It'd be awesome to hear some Thursday tunes one last time.

He's doing one in Philly sometime soon as wel. I feel like it's almost too soon? Stoked none the less

i'm so psyched for this show! hopefully it'll somewhat make up for me not being able to see one of their final shows as a band last december.

Does no one else find this weird as shit? It's not like they were some acoustic, folk band or anything.

I am excited to see this show in Philly. I wonder what he is going to play. I am really interested in the setlist especially for an acoustic show.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, but I do have faith he can pull off whatever this is. I'm still not sure if it's going to be stripped down acoustic-y stuff or the actual songs with a backing band

"Too soon" was my first thought as well... I'm not at my comp and can't really do the necessary research, but is this for profit or for charity? Something about the former probably wouldn't sit well with me.

He wrote most of Thursday's songs, and he's played solo acoustic before.
