This, "The End Of Progression," and "Natural Progression" were my favorite songs from the new record. The can be a tad formulaic at times, but those three songs broke the mold.

One of my alltime favorite bands. Kind of old news but for fans on Conditions I strongly recommend Life On Repeat. They're in that same vein of motivational/melodic post hardcore but a hair more aggressive. Their newest album blew me away.
