RFC released a NOY/TIH split 7" a couple years ago. Perhaps RFC isn't interested much anymore/didn't know the band was looking to release something new.
Any label considerably bigger wouldn't make much sense given NOY's limited touring schedule.
and that was a complete disaster. run for cover dropped the ball with it for whatever reason. it was a 7" release that was supposed to have an exclusive tour variant and widely available regular copies, but the regular copies never materialized. instead there are only 50 copies in existence that have jacked up plain white labels with writing scribbled out and a photocopied sleeve on very thin printer paper.
