I agree that the only reason I listened to this was because it was Jesse Lacey's brother but I'm so glad I did. This EP is great and stands out among all the bands out there right now. Can't wait to hear what's next. Anyone know if they are working on a Full-length or another EP? Also Young blood is more ready for the radio than anything Brand New has ever done.

I freaking dig this EP so much. Can't wait to hear what they release next. I'm sure it will be solid.

I've played this a ton already and I dig every single song. Like Brand New (so far) their sound sounds fresh to me and doesn't get old in fact I can't get enough of it. Sunzal is probably my fave but the whole EP is dope!!

i hope it's the latter, but i'm flattered about the former

I really love Sunzal and Michael Traction. This EP definitely jams. When I first heard that it was Jesse's brother, I thought, "ah, boy. it's just gonna be some mediocre music that AP will obsess over due to the singer being a Lacey" but I was happily proven wrong.

Great band, I wish only the best for them.

These guys kind of remind me of Moving Mountains.

I agree with you, this band is just good, plain and simple. Are they signed to Run For Cover now? Or are you just helping them with the release of the EP? Either way, I'm excited to see where this band can go. I love Young Statues by the way! Their album is always on repeat.

This EP is fucking awesome. Really feeling this kind of music. "Sunzal" might be the best song I've heard all year.
