We just finished talking with Alex from All Time Low, and have learned the band has, officially, split from Interscope records and recorded their new album as an unsigned band. The full interview this comes from will be posted in the next day or two when Christian finishes getting it all typed up, but in the meantime - we thought sharing and clearing up the band's label situation was something fans would be interested in.
Called it! Good job getting away from those mother fuckers. After reading that paragraph, the content of the album sounds like it's going to be a great record. I'm trying to not get my hopes too high because I don't want to be let down, but all the recent things I'm seeing and hearing make me believe this will be the band at their best. I really want Hopeless to jump on this really soon - if they haven't already.
I talked to Janick a month or so ago about this very thing ... he assured me it wasn't happening. Of course, anything can change and talking to hack-web-reporter-me doesn't guarantee accuracy.
With how well Hopeless is doing - might as well be back there.

I can't see him letting them get away again. But you're right, I also wouldn't be surprised to see them back on Hopeless.
