I am stoked for this. I'm happy to say that I've worked with the kid (yes, an 18 year old created this, ) on his many concerts he's held, and this by far is the biggest one. I seriously cannot wait for this. If you live in the VA area or plan on visiting, spread the word!

I wish I was going to be out of the country during this. This would be a great reason to go to D.C. I could go see a D.C. United game or something. Oh well, hopefully it's successful.

I remember seeing a Flipside Fest at this spot years back. As tall as lions, The Starting Line, Motion City Soundtrack, The Early November, Gatsby's American Dream.....good times.

Glad to see somebody's working to make something like they used to have.

I love seeing this festivals in random towns all across the country.

Loved Flipside...went to the last one with Sugarcult, MCS, Over It, Valencia, All Time Low, Hidden in Plain View, Relient K, Silverstein, Mae, The Spill Canvas, The Matches, and Whole Wheat Bread. What a day!

I'd like to go to this festival though. Seems like a nice mixture.

ugh, so many bands I don't want to see, but this is so damn close to me. Hopefully it will only get bigger and better as years go on. Underoath is probably the only band I'd want to really see. Maybe Lights too.

I loved the shit out of Flipside Festival. This is pretty gnarly that some sort of festival is coming out of the area- if this turns out to even be somewhat successful, hopefully the promoter stays strong with this idea. I also think having one in the Hampton Roads area of VA is viable as a strong market.

Mostly Jonathan (the creator) just wants to focus more on the Northern part of VA as well as some parts of MD.
