Congrats to Fun! Bought Some Nights on vinyl last weekend and it's been amazing to me. I'm sure the music video and all of the appearances last week helped out with sales.

I'm always intrigued by how much record sales are helped by media appearances and, in Fun's case, new music video releases.

Fun.'s sales are almost certainly due to their recent television appearances and not the aforementioned music video.

Agreed, and they'll probably stay strong this week thanks to the MTV awards performance.

Also, great to see those numbers for Regina Spektor's new album. Love that girl.

Agreed. Video only came out yesterday any way. Regardless, awesome for them.

I love that Sigur Ros has such a good following that it can get into the top ten without much media attention.That album is amazing btw.

Yea, I don't think the video had anything to do with the sales rise on the charts. Next week, we shall see.

Picked up John Mayer, Regina Spektor, and The Rocket Summer in the last week or so.
