why am i afraid that this song will end up on top 40 stations?

Worst song of the year, without a doubt.

It sounds like a Katy Perry song with Dexter's voice. Anyways, someone told me that this is a joke song and that the rest of their new album is supposed to be better.

Song has actually kinda grown on me a little. Its the whole "so cheezy it starts to be good again" thing.

Total joke song.

I usually don't mind what most people consider to be "awful" music but I made it through about a minute of that. It's seriously so unbelievably bad.

Yeah, it is.

I used to loathe this song, even if it is a joke song, but little by little I guess it's grew on me. It's still not good or even fun, but at least I can stand it. I really hope it doesn't get overplayed on the Top 40, though..

Oh my god... I feel ashamed to call myself a Californian right now.

Actually it's funny if it's a joke song because the people that don't realize how easy it is to parody top 40 songs, will think it's just a catchy summer jam.

the video makes it seem more like a Katy Perry parody than the song itself did, but it's still really hard to listen to. sigh
